School transport

It is the responsibility of parents to make appropriate travel arrangements, but the Charity does try to ensure the efficiency of bus/coach routes through liaison with the providers.

Whilst, with effect from the academic year 2003/04, the Charity will not operate any transport to and from the schools, there are a variety of parent consortia, commercial operators and public service routes that transport approximately 1500 pupils to the Charity’s schools daily.

School buses

A number of different voluntary parent associations and commercial suppliers provide bus transport to all schools from other towns and from many of the outlying villages.
