If your family earns less than £65,000¹ a year we may be able to help.
Every year we have a small amount of funds² available to help some families pay for our Harpur Trust school fees. This support is only available for children in Year 7 or above (age 11+) at Bedford School, Bedford Girls’ School and Bedford Modern School.
Our fees support is means-tested and also based on a pupil’s academic ability.
We understand that asking for financial support is often uncomfortable, particularly when you child's future is concerned. We therefore hope this section of our website helps you to understand if you and your child are eligible for our support.

² In 2009/10, 232 pupils at our schools received means-tested fees support, of which 61 received full fee remission. We spent £1,874,000 in the year to provide this help.
