The Committee reporting structure of the Charity can be summarised as below.

All Committees establish sub-committees and/or working parties as necessary.

Notes:

• Schools Chairmen Sub-committee is a sub-committee of the Policy Committee, formed specifically for the purpose of discussing educational issues relevant to all the schools.

• Reports and minutes of Grants/ Endowment/ School/ Administration & Audit Committees go directly to the Governing Body but changes in Terms of Reference or policy must go to the Policy Steering Committee first.

• Governing Body nominates the Directors of HPPS Limited.
