The Charity owns the freehold interest for 13 properties situated in Bedford Row, London WC1, managed by London agents, Farebrother. The majority of the properties are let on long leasehold with the Charity holding the reversionary interest.

More locally, the Charity owns the freehold of the Pilgrim Centre, which it has converted into office suites.
